Compass Asset Management, LLC, an affiliate of Harris Development Group, LLC, was formed in 2011 for the purpose of assisting banks with their Real Estate Owned Properties. We inspect, secure, and maintain the banks properties while overseeing and directing any required repairs or deferred maintenance. We then operate as a conduit for the bank in order to sell the asset on a timely basis.
